TERMS & CONDITIONS
PURCHASES: To purchase a class, training session, or class/training package you can do so through this website (or the affiliated app) by creating and logging into your account. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase. You may also purchase a class, training session, or package by cash in person. Prices are subject to change and classes must be used within the timeframe indicated for that class/package. (This policy and all rules set herein apply to both electronic and cash purchases)
ACCOUNTS: You will have to create an account to use this site. You may never use another person’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
A Newfound Transformation reserves the right to refuse, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, & EXTENSIONS: All classes, training sessions, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used within the timeframe indicated for that purchase (for “unlimited” monthly classes, within the month from time of activation. For individual class purchases or class packages, within 6 months from time of purchase). Pre-purchased classes, training sessions, or class packages may not be extended or transferred.
Should you choose to pay for more than one month of “unlimited” classes or more than 8 classes, please be aware that you are paying for future services and risk losing money in the event that these classes and/or this business location ceases to operate.
A Newfound Transformation reserves the right to make an exception to the expiration on class purchases and may grant an extension at their discretion and on an individual basis.
RESERVATIONS: YOU ARE EXPECTED TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT IN CLASS IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE BOOKINGS SITE/AFFILIATED MOBILE APPLICATION.
Packages may not be shared between clients. You may use a pre-purchased class for a guest, but are expected to notify the instructor in advance.
CANCELLATIONS: If you have signed up for a class and have to cancel, YOU MUST CANCEL CLASS 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CLASS START TIME OR YOU WILL BE DEDUCTED (CHARGED FOR) THAT CLASS. You may cancel class through this site, the affiliated app, or by contacting the instructor directly through text or phone call (Facebook messenger messages are not accepted).
If you book multiple classes or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling each of your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy. Late cancel and no show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for duplicate or multiple bookings. If you cancel prior to 4 hours from class, you will not lose credit or be charged for that class.
“Unlimited” class packages may also be subject to a penalty fee for a late cancellation or absence.
Under extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of A Newfound Transformation, and on an individual basis, a class deduction/penalty may be waived. You are responsible for making such a request directly with a representative of A Newfound Transformation.
You will not be charged/deducted for any classes/training sessions canceled by the instructor except in the instance as stated above (if the classes or business location ceases to operate)
ATTENDANCE MONITORING: It is your responsibility to monitor your account and class deductions for accuracy. This site tracks attendance and deducts pre-paid classes accordingly. If you notice that a class was deducted (or added) in error, it is up to you to bring the concern to the attention of A Newfound Transformation immediately. Attendance correction requests must be made within 7 days of the class date in question and are not guaranteed.
COMMUNICATIONS: A Newfound Transformation, through Studio Bookings, may contact you via email for communications including but not limited to class updates, payment, reservation, cancellations, and other notices. When you send emails, you are communicating with A Newfound Transformation electronically, and therefore consent to receive communications from A Newfound Transformation electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PRIVACY: Please review Studio Bookings Privacy Policy https://studiobookings.com/privacy-policy/. This site (Studio Bookings), used by A Newfound Transformation for the online sales and scheduling of fitness classes and personal training sessions, is not considered (and not required to be) a HIPAA compliant platform. A Newfound Transformation uses a different platform for any communication and storage of protected health information.
